OUTDOOR ADVENTURES AT THE PARK CITY BASE AREA:

Park City’s mining history runs just as deep as the powder. New this season, use our sluice and mining pans to discover and collect a wide variety of gems, crystals, minerals, and fossils at the base of Park City Mountain.
Family Adventure Pass
Families can experience a wide variety of Park City Mountain Resort’s summer activities below on one Family Adventure Pass.
Climb into the toboggan-style cars of the Alpine Coaster and get ready for the ride of your life. You'll enjoy the beautiful Wasatch mountain scenery as the automated lift system whisks you to the top of the track. Then, hold on tight as you go whizzing down the mountain on nearly 4,000 feet of curves, bends and loops. It's a ride you won't soon forget.
Park City Resort's Alpine Slide is one of the longest slides in the world, with over 3,000 feet of gliding and sliding down a luge-like track. With four tracks to choose from, you can experience a different ride each time! We'll see you at the finish.
Ever wished you could fly? Soar above the tree tops as our Zip Lines propel you 110 feet above Park City Mountain Resort's ski runs at speeds up to 45 miles per hour. On the ZipRider™ race your friends to see who's the fastest.
Flying Eagle Zip Line
Take a ride on the Flying Eagle, a zip line that takes your Park City vacation to new heights. This two-person ride is open all winter too! Kids and adults must be 42" tall, but no weight minimum. And it starts and ends at the same location, so you can ride again and again and again.
Kids' Zip Line
The kid-only zip line lets your little adventurer get the thrill of a zip line, but on a scale of their own. They’ll zip along at their own speed on a small version of our larger zip lines.
Kids' Rope Course
The kid's rope course serves up kid-size challenges for our younger guests. Just for kids, this ropes course will help build your child’s confidence in their skills in a controlled and fun environment.
At Park City Mountain, the thrill of sliding down the mountain doesn’t end with the ski season. The kid’s tubing hill brings winter adventure to summer without the need for snow.
With miles of cross-country trails throughout the resort, bikers of all levels can access trails from both base areas. The high-speed four-seat Crescent Lift runs out of the Park City Base Area and unloads mountain bikers at access points for the IMBA recognized “Epic Ride” on the Mid-Mountain Trail.
Explore the beauty of the Wasatch Range on your own, or with an experienced local guide. Park City Mountain is the gateway to miles of beautiful mountain trails and offers scenic lift access from Town Lift on Main Street, the PayDay lift at the Park City Base Area and the Red Pine Gondola at Canyons Village. Those wanting to experience the mountains first hand can wander Park City’s extensive network of trails and venture onto the Mid-Mountain or Wasatch Crest trail to truly appreciate the mountain flora and fauna.
